He arrived early, answered all of our many questions, meet with our insurance adjuster to show the damage, caught errors on the estimate, and advocated on our behalf to our insurance company. Chase sat down with us to go over the itemized bill, educated us on the materials he’d use and showed us shingle samples. The crew who installed the roof did an outstanding job protecting our landscaping, picking up debris, cleaning up after and were extremely respectful. Our roof was installed on a Friday, Chase was back on Saturday (a weekend!) to do a walk through with us and explain everything they did.
